Facial data

ID photos submitted are used solely to generate compliant images according to official standards and may be processed automatically and manually by our team to ensure validity.

AI improvement

Some photos may be used to develop and train our AI models. Images are pseudonymised and results are anonymous. No profiling or unrelated commercial reuse.

Storage & Security

Images are stored securely in EU‑compliant data centers (Belgium and France). AI training is performed on our own servers in France.

Retention

Images used for AI training are kept up to 5 years unless you request otherwise, then deleted from our systems.
